LSS The Safetybox® series for compressed gases is designed for the storage of compressed gas cylinders.

The models in this series are certified in accordance with EN 14470-2, EN16121, EN16122 standards and have a fire resistance class of G30- 30 minutes and G60- 60 minutes.

It is very important that gas cylinders are stored safely, so they should not be exposed to direct sunlight, heat sources or environments where temperatures can reach or exceed 50°C. They should also be protected from moisture and corrosive substances that could compromise the protection of the valve and damage the cylinder.

Please note that for safety reasons, it is forbidden to store incompatible gases: fuels and oxidizers must be stored separately.

The Safetybox® for compressed gases is equipped with safety valves that ensure natural ventilation and air circulation inside the cabinet and close automatically in the event of fire. In the same case, the inflated seals will expand and close the cabinet.

The hinges are spark-proof with full opening. The doors have a cylinder key lock that can be easily replaced if the keys are lost.

These cabinets can be connected to a motor that must always be active and available to absorb the vapours emitted by the gas cylinders, and to an active charcoal filter.

The Safetybox® for compressed gases is equipped with brackets for securing the cylinders and a metal ramp to facilitate the placement of the cylinders inside the cabinet.

These models are designed for gas systems and there is space for keys and distribution boxes. Containers for small cylinders are available as accessories on request.

The modular system “Cylinder Storage” is a solution for the outdoor storage of compressed gas cylinders.

The SD Cylinder Storage units consist of steel panels folded and welded onto beams and are equipped with adjustable feet for fixing to the ground on a concrete base.

The modular systems Cylinder Storage units allow the separate storage of fuels from the combustion products, which are gases that cannot be stored together. The Cylinder Storage units are supplied unassembled, with assembly kit and instructions.
