The Safetybox® series for compressed gases is designed for storing compressed gas cylinders.

The models in this series are certified in accordance with EN 14470-2, EN16121, EN16122 standards and have fire resistance classes G30- 30 min and G60- 60 min.

Safe storage of gas cylinders is very important, therefore they should not be exposed to direct sunlight, heat sources or environments where the temperature can reach or exceed 50°C. They must also be protected from moisture and corrosive substances that could compromise the valve protection and damage the cylinder.

Please note that for safety reasons, it is forbidden to store incompatible gases: fuels and oxidizers must be stored separately.

The Safetybox® for compressed gases is equipped with safety valves that provide natural ventilation and air circulation inside the cabinet and automatically close in the event of a fire. In the same case, the inflated seals will expand and seal the cabinet.

The hinges are spark-proof with full opening. The doors have a cylinder lock key lock and can be easily replaced if the keys are lost.

These cabinets can be connected to a motor and an active charcoal filter, which must always be active and suitable for absorbing the vapours emitted by the gas cylinders.

The Safetybox® for compressed gases is equipped with brackets for securing the cylinders and a metal ramp to facilitate the placement of the cylinders inside the cabinet.

These models are designed for gas systems and have space for switches and distribution boxes. Containers for small cylinders are available as accessories on request.

The modular system “Cylinder Storage” is a solution for the outdoor storage of compressed gas cylinders.

SD Cylinder Storage units consist of steel panels folded and welded onto beams and are equipped with adjustable feet for fixing to the ground on a concrete base.

Cylinder Storage units, which are modular systems, allow the storage of fuels separately from combustion products, which are gases that cannot be stored together.
