LSS The Safetybox® chemicals, acids and bases range offers cabinets for the collection of chemical products, acids and bases.

We have collaborated with the TUV SUD alliance to create a reference standard to protect the regulations of these regulations from a specific regulation, preventing operators from dissolving toxic/hazardous substances.

The reference standards are EN61010-1, EN16121, EN16122 and PPP 52125A. To obtain the certification, Safetybox® cabinets for chemicals, acids and bases must be equipped with an exhaust hood (IMQ IPX4) and an active charcoal filter, which must always be active.

Certified and non-certified models are only those regulated for the regulation of a motor and filter (not included) as part of the Safetybox® for chemicals, acids and bases.

Before using any chemical product, it is necessary to consult the product technical data to learn about the risk steps and safety recommendations.

Storage should always be carried out in a cabinet suitable for specific use, which guarantees direct ventilation or is guaranteed by a special air exchange system.

The Safetybox® models AB 1100, AB 600, AB 1200/50 and AB 900/50 have separate compartments, one for the protection of acids (shelves in acid-proof painted steel) and one for bases (shelves in stainless steel).

The Safetybox® for chemicals, acids and bases has a monolithic exterior made of acid-proof material and is equipped with shelves and a lower container for collecting the contents. The doors open up to 180° to easily remove the tray-shaped shelves. The hinges are concealed and resistant to corrosive products.

In addition, the cabinets are equipped with a palletized base (including base cover) to simplify logistics and placement.

For the Safetybox models for chemicals, acids and bases, special activated charcoal filters suitable for storing specific substances are also available. All models in the range are equipped with a cylinder key lock.

Safetybox® cabinets are covered by Product Liability Insurance, which covers physical or property damage caused by construction defects.
