For obvious safety reasons (fire, corrosion, poisoning…), all highly or low-flammable materials must be transported and stored in fire-resistant cabinets (90-minute fire resistance) certified according to EN14470-1 standard (new version 2023).

We opted for maximum safety by offering 90 minutes.

The cabinet structure, automatic closing of the doors in case of emergency (available in all our models), thermally expanding seals and fire dampers.

Entirely made of electro-galvanized sheet steel

1 - 1.5 mm thick, cold-bent - Grey RAL 7035

• External cladding made of acid-resistant epoxy resin and passage through a 200 °C thermal tunnel

• Cabin insulation with some high-density stone wool panels and some calcium sulphate panels

• Internal cladding with melamine panels, extremely resistant to chemical and aggressive vapours

• Structure that allows replacement of spare parts when necessary

• Automatic door closing when the ambient temperature exceeds 50 °C

• 30 mm thermo-expanding insulation gaskets that ensure perfect cabin sealing according to EN14470-1 (new version 2023) in the event of a temperature increase

• Air inlet and outlet with certified fire dampers when the temperature exceeds 70 °C Ducts according to standard 4102-6 closes

• Pre-arrangement for ventilation with Ø 100 mm flange for external connection or filtered ventilation system (refer to our sales team for ventilation support).

Door closing and locking system that ensures that the doors remain open and close automatically if the ambient temperature is higher than 50 °C
