HOGON MT-ASV6 multi-station automatic sample addition titration system is a quality product with the titration technology accumulated by HOGON for many years. The product has a modular software and hardware design, which can be operated in multiple modules, supporting up to 16 modules to meet multiple scenarios. The sample analysis series and analysis process are specially solved to meet the needs of unattended fully automatic analysis. Various titration methods can be added, equipped with multiple sample positions for audit tracking user authority management and anti-spreading and air droplet safety protection design.

Configure multiple titration unit modules to avoid frequent manual replacement of titrants, and call different titration units for titration analysis according to the analysis connection. Different titrants are also available for segmented multi-step titration, or master-slave pumps can titrate simultaneously according to preset ratios.

Equipped with a cleaning and draining module, the titration vessel, electrode, burette and sampling tube need to be automatically sprayed and applied to prevent cross-contamination of the sample.

Programmed with a cooling level detection alarm module that can detect the presence of reagent bottles and waste liquid bottles, remind you to replenish reagents and remove waste liquid, and provide audible and visual alerts for abnormal analysis results;

The liquid addition module is for pre-treatment of the sample to be tested, which can replace the manual quantitative addition of reagents or cells or dilution of the sample to be tested.

Equipped with a sampling and quantification module, it reduces manual intervention by realizing automatic volume capacity or automatic capacities of samples.

A data communication module provides analysis results and instrument status to DCS, and DCS can be used for remote control of instruments.

It enables the selection of sample analysis order and analysis process. For different sample groups in the sample section, you can call the corresponding analysis process and titration center for automatic analysis for maintenance-free maintenance.
