Hogon AT-1 automatic potentiometric titrator uses a maintenance-free high-precision measuring tube. It automatically titrates to the end point and calculates the titration result according to the change of the sampling electrode potential. It is a volumetric analysis laboratory analytical instrument, which can be widely used for chemical quantitative analysis of various components in colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, drug testing, metallurgy and other industries.

The operation interface is simple and easy to understand, and the measurement data and set parameters stored in the instrument will not be lost after the instrument is turned off after use or in the event of an abnormal power outage.

 

With various electrode interfaces, it can be applied to composite electrodes, reference electrodes, measuring electrodes, temperature electrodes, etc.

 

The titration process can visually display the titration curve and first-order derivative curve with multiple built-in titration methods.

Various titration modes can be selected according to the chemical reaction of the titrated sample: dynamic equivalence point, increasing equivalence point, potential or pH value, EP endpoint titration mode, pH calibration and measurement

Titration stage selection: magnetic stirring using PWM modulation technology to prevent special samples from interfering with the analysis

Built-in titration protection system realizes unattended titration process, prevents human misoperation and protects important parts of the instrument

Multiple technologies, automatic cleaning function and easy maintenance ensure the smooth, noiseless, stable and durable operation of the instrument.

Titration records can be stored in PDF format. There is no upper limit for storing records. It has user login and permission management functions and complies with GLP specifications.

The instrument can use different electrodes to perform various titrations such as acid-base titration, redox titration, complex titration, non-aqueous titration and pH measurement. It is equipped with a temperature probe to realize temperature compensation for pH titration.

Supports various burettes of 10mL and 20mL. Titration control can make the liquid input volume reach 1/20000 of the volume of the measuring tube. The titration volume can be accurate to 3uL. It uses materials resistant to perchloric acid corrosion. It can perform non-aqueous titrations.

 

Process sampling signals in real time to accurately determine and determine the end point of titration, and perform first-order differential and second-order differential calculations.
